Water Environment Federation (WEF) and its Member Associations proudly work to achieve our mission of preserving and enhancing the global water environment. Every year, WEF brings you WEFTEC - The Water Quality Event. WEFTEC 2011 will be held at the Los Angeles Convention Center in Los Angeles, California, from October 15-19, 2011.
Everyone Extravaganza!
Join us for a “party with a purpose” at WEFTEC 2011. Just a short walk from the convention center, enjoy great music from Luke Reynolds of the band, Guster, cocktails, and hors d’oeuvres. All proceeds from this event will go to support Water For People’s important work to help bring sustainable water, sanitation and hygiene education solutions to Everyone—every family, every school and every clinic in the developing countries where we work.
4th Annual Water For People/WEFTEC Bike Ride
Join your WEFTEC friends as they pedal to raise awareness and funds for Water For People. This ride is professionally guided by Bikes and Hikes LA will lead you through the famous West Hollywood, Bel Aire and Beverly Hills neighborhoods.
Water For People Seminar: Monitoring and Evaluating our Field Work
Water For People believes that monitoring and evaluation is essential to fully understanding the progress of our work and implementing proactive changes that will lead to lasting impact. Join us for an interactive discussion of our technology tool, FLOW and how it ensures the accountability and transparency of our work.

This is also an opportunity to meet other Water For People supporters, find out how you can support the mission of Water For People by joining a committee, volunteering for World Water Corps, or providing technical expertise.
