Are you attending the Michigan WEA Annual Conference at the Boyne Mountain Resort from June 15-18? The MWEA Water for People Committee has planned several fundraising activities for the conference. There will be a silent auction starting Sunday and ending Tuesday. On Monday, from 4:30 to 5:30pm, the Committee will co-host a Beer and Wine Tasting event with the New Professionals Committee. This event will feature a variety of wines and craft beers from local wineries and breweries, exciting prizes, and ample opportunities to network with industry professionals. Additionally, on Monday evening, the Committee will sell tickets for a 50/50 raffle, with the winner announced on Tuesday. All proceeds from these events will support Water for People’s mission of providing clean water and sanitation worldwide.
