Promotional Item Request Form

We have a small supply of branded promotional and informational items to share with you to enhance your Water For People events and fundraisers.

We also have a small stock of in-country items that are collected from our visits to the field that can be used for silent auctions or raffles. We will send a maximum of 2-3 items for any specific event.

All requests must be received at least one month prior to when the items are needed.

  • We will do our best to fulfill all requests, but please note we may have to limit quantities based on our available inventory. If you need more than 20 of any specific item, please contact us to discuss options.
  • We will pay to ship the items to you, but you will be asked to cover return shipping costs. These items will be sent out on loan and must be returned to Water For People after your event. *Please note - These items can only be shipped within the United States.

  • Be sure to include any unit or suite numbers, business names, or other necessary details. **Please note: international shipping outside of the United States is sometimes costly and includes customs fees. To discuss options for local printing of items, contact us directly.
